Bruce Baumgartner's World Class Wrestling Camps
Olympic Gold Medallist Bruce
Baumgartner is just as well-renowned for
his summer camps as he was as a
competitor.  Baumgartner hosts 13
different camps throughout the months of
June and July on the campus of Edinboro
University in Pennslyvania.  The Baumgartner Heavyweight camps are widely considered as the best big-man camps in the country with some of the best American heavyweights of the past two decades such as Olympic Gold Medallist Rulon Gardner, Olympian Steve Mocco, World Team Member Tervel Diagnev, and World Champion Dremiel Byers.  In addition to the big men clinicians, is World Team member Shawn Bunch, NCAA champs Cliff Moore, Gregor Gillespie, and Jeff Blatnick as well as a slew of other NCAA All-Americans.

Granby System Wrestling Camps
Granby System Camps are popular nation
wide, however, they will be coming to us this
summer with a camp right here in Portage, MI
on June 15-18.  Granby System features the
revolutionary Granby bottom techniques,
however, former MSU Spartan Keith Lowrance
is highly touted for all of his technique from all
positions.

Michigan State Wrestling Camps
Train like Spartans this summer while enjoying
everything that East Lansing has to offer.  Head Coach
Tom Minkel, along with the Spartan staff of Roger
Chandler (NCAA Finalist), Chris Williams (All-American),
and new upperweight coach Alex Dolly (4x NCAA
Qualifier) will be hosting three camps in late June - a
Technique Camp, Intensive Camp, and Team Camp.

Young Guns Summer Heat Wrestling Camps
The Young Guns are coming back to Michigan this summer as former Iowa Hawkeye standouts Eric Juergens and Jody Strittmater host the Summer Heat Camps in Traverse City and Marshall.  In addition to Juergens, a 2x NCAA Champ, and Strittmater, an All-American, Cornell 2x All-American Cam Simaz and CMU NCAA Qualifier Eric Simaz will be on hand as well as counselors.

Powerhouse Student Ministries and Big Rapids Head Coach Bill Bonning are hosting their 2010 Summer Camp in Big Rapids.  Dr. Jim Miller, Stanford recruit Garrett Schaner, and MSU freshman Dan Osterman headline the camp staff.

University of Michigan Summer Camps
The University of Michigan hosts some of the best
summer-camps in the country in Ann Arbor, headlined
by their Competetion/Team Camps and Technique
Camps.  They also host specialized camps such as
the Advanced Training Camp, Heavyweight Camp, and Lil Wolverine Youth Camp.  Their camp staff is loaded with NCAA All-Americans and accomplished International level wrestlers.  Head Coach Joe McFarland, along with assistants Kirk Trost, Mike Kulczycki, and Ryan Churella head up the staff.  However, former U of M standouts Josh Churella, Olympian Andy Hrovat, and Tyrell Todd will be on hand as well, in addition to the majority of the current Wolverine Wrestlers.

Steve Martin's Granby School of Wrestling
The Granby School of Wrestling is one of the
longest running camp series around.  While
they are most well known for their well-proven
mat wrestling series, the Granby School and
Old Dominion head coach Steve Martin are
well-suited to improve your skills from all positions of wrestling.  They feature team camps, technique camps, and youth camps as well as clinics all over the country.

Camp System will be coming to
Michigan this summer July 15-19 in
Tecumseh.  Chertow is legendary in
the wrestling world for his high-

Advantage Wrestling's Big Rapids Summer Camp
Dave Bolyard and Jason Borelli will be back in Big Rapids this summer for the Advantage Wrestling Camp.  The CMU grads who are now Division 1 college coaches have become quite popular in Michigan for their Advantage Wrestling Club, so don't miss your chance to work with two young up-and-coming coaches in Division 1 Wrestling.  Borelli is the head coach at Stanford and Bolyard is the head assistant at Eastern Michigan.
