STANDINGS/UPDATES
5/31 - The 2008 Fab 50 season is now offically complete! All scores must be reported by June 15th in order to ensure that they are included. The winners will be released in late June.
4/28 - The Bulldog Open Borderwars tournament to be held May 10th in Grandville has been added to the Fab 50
4/13 - NOTE!! - The Lowell Fair BorderWars event has been removed from this year's Fab 50. The Lowell Fair will count for Fab 50 points in the 2008-09 season as it will serve as the opening event of next year's Fab 50.
RULES:
- Wrestlers in grades 8 and below are eligible. High School wrestlers are NOT eligible for The Fab 50. Grade is based on 2007-08 school year.
- Only wrestlers from the state of Michigan are eligible
- Points can be earned by wrestler’s placing in any of the Fab 50 credited events (see event list and scoring system below).
- Only one placing can be used from a single event (for example if someone competes in 2 age groups or weight classes at a tournament and places in both, only one placing can count towards Fab 50.)
- Wrestlers/parents are responsible for reporting results following each event to: fab50@michigangrappler.com If you do not send in results we cannot guarantee that the results will be recorded and your points counted for that event.

Note: If a platinum, gold, or silver event awards only the top 4 places, then only those places earn points from that event. Likewise, if an event awards more than 6 places, ONLY the top 6 will earn points.

AWARDS
- The top point getter at the end of the season will be named the Michigan Grappler Youth Wrestler of the Year. He or she will also receive a custom award of some sort, details for award will be released soon.
- The Top 10 point scorers will guarantee themselves a spot in the All Future Youth Dream Team (view last year All Future team). The top 10 will also receive Michigan Grappler prize packages, including free Michigan Grappler T-shirts. Full details on the prize packages will be released soon.
- The Top 50 point scorers will land a spot on the Michigan Grappler Youth Fab 50. All of the Fab 50, including the top 10, will receive custom Fab 50 certificates. The design of the certificates will be released soon.

Michigan Grappler "Fab 50" Youth Tournament Series
The Michigan Grappler is excited to announce the start of the Fab
50 Youth Tournament series. The series will awards youths for
placing in top state and national events. The top 50 point getters
from this season will make the 2007-08 Youth Fab 50, the top 10
will guarantee a spot on the All-Future Youth Dream Team, with the
top point getter earning youth wrestler of the year. Read below for
