MSU-Spartan Lightning Spring Training Camp

Freestyle/Greco-Roman Training

Monday Nights 6 PM – 8 PM

Starting March 26th

(No Practice April 9)

8th grade through seniors in High School

Monday Night Training:

6PM-8PM

Cadet/Junior age group

Total of 8 practices

$75 for 8 practices, or $15 per practice

The training will be conducted by assistant coaches Chris Williams and Alex Dolly along with MSU Wrestlers. 

There will be a strong emphasis on Freestyle/Greco training in these practices but the wrestlers will still have the option to drill/wrestle folkstyle in practice.
