Pretty balanced year in D1, with Davison once again being ahead of the pack.  Six of the top seven individual scorers were team state qualifiers, with Churchill sliding in at 6th.

Division 2

1.  Allegan - 104
2.  Sparta - 94
3.  Lapeer West - 83

Team State Results
Quarterfinals

Lowell def. Oxford, 41-21

Semifinals
Middleville def. Lowell, 50-17
Mason def. Allegan, 33-30

Finals
Mason def. Middleville, 49-12

This is a wild one.  The team state teams accounted for three of the top 20 individual scoring teams.  Mason won it, knocking off Allegan in the semis.  Middleville put together on unreal run to make the finals as well; individually they were outside the top 30.  The Trojans weren't even really tested in the quarters or semis.  Really a lot of parity in D2 this year.

Division 3

1.  Caro - 129
2.  Montrose - 128.5
3.  Dundee - 126

4.  Corunna -  85.5
5.  Richmond - 52
6.  Chesaning - 51.5
7.  Highland Park - 50.5
8.  Chippewa  Hills - 43
9.  New Boston Huron - 40.5
10.  Allendale - 40
         Essexville Garber - 40
12.  Constantine - 38
13.  Coloma - 34.5
14.  Goodrich - 30.5
15.  Whitehall - 30
16.  Perry - 29
         Melvindale - 29
18.  Pine River - 27
         Otsego - 27
20.  Erie Mason - 26.5

Team State Results
Quarterfinals

Montrose def. Pine River, 45-22
South Haven def. Hamilton, 42-24
Dundee def. Roscommon, 48-23
Caro def. Madison Hts. Lamphere, 55-12

Semifinals
Montrose def. South Haven, 34-30
Caro def. Dundee, 34-30

Finals
Montrose def. Caro, 43-31

The top three teams were decided by three points, which is just insane.  If you go back through it, Caro's Jon Roddy won a state title at 215 by major in the finals which hypothetically sealed it.  Had he decisioned, Montrose would've been the mythical champs.  The team results somewhat mirrored the individual, with Montrose, Caro, and Dundee having very. close duals with each other.

Division 4

1.  Hesperia - 107
2.  Whittemore Prescott - 101.5
3.  Addison - 97
4.  Bronson - 83

5.  Springport - 78
6.  Rogers City - 74.5
7.  Manchester - 62
8.  Hudson - 60
9.  Martin - 59.5
      Kent City - 59.5
11.  Clinton - 56
12.  Hart - 54
13.  Marlette - 46.5
14.  St. Charles. - 44.5
15.  New Lothrop - 40
16.  Union City - 39
17.  Unionville Sebawing - 38
18.  Three Oaks River Valley - 30
19.  Montabella - 29
         Carson City - 29

Team State Results
Quarterfinals

Addison def. Whittemore Prescott, 39-24
Hesperia def. Monroe SMCC, 58-13
Bronson def. New Lothrop, 57-18
Rogers City def. Bangor, 42-21

Semifinals
Addison def. Hesperia, 40-21
Rogers City def. Bronson, 33-32

Finals
Addison def. Rogers City, 45-22

Another competitive division, Hesperia came out on top over Whittemore Prescott and Addison, who rolled through the team state tournament.  Most of the team state teams replicated their success individually.  5th-place Springport was defeated by Addison in the regional.  So for Addison, they knocked off #5, #6, #1, and #2 en route to a title.  Pretty impressive.
