Michigan State picked up their first commitment in the Class of 2019 with Jordan Crace of Elyria, OH verballing to the Green and White. Crace is currently ranked 6th in the country by Flowrestling and is tabbed as the 23rd overall prospect in the class as well.
A 2017 state champ for national power St. Paris Graham, Crace was a finalist at the Walsh Ironman this past December but did not wrestle in the postseason. He has had a huge offseason which has seen him knock off a number of high-caliber kids across the country, and ultimately ended in a 6th place finish at 138 in Fargo, though he was a semifinalist and defaulted after a loss. Crace projects as a 141 pounder for Coach Chandler and company.
