Central Michigan recently picked up three recruits to kickstart the 2019 recruiting class. Two Michigan state runner-ups, Vince Perez of Tecumseh and Cade Dallwitz of Holly, join Indiana State Champ and 2x finalist Hunter Watts.
Perez, who was 2nd in 2018 and 3rd in 2017, will enter the year ranked first in Division 2 for the Indians. He is the #34 in-state recruit in the senior class and is projected to be a 125/133 pounder for Coach Borrelli.
Holly senior Cade Dallwitz is a 2x placer and was 2nd as a junior. This summer he was 8-4 at the Disney Duals where he notched some quality wins. Tabbed as the #18 senior in Michigan, he'll project at 184/197 pounds.
Hunter Watts of Jimtown, Indiana is a huge pickup for the Chips as well. Watts has placed in the top-six all three years of his career in one-division Indiana, going 6th-2nd-1st. He projects to fit in at 133/141 pounds.
